Professional Biography

Hong–Yu Peng is currently at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China pursuing her doctoral degree in Higher Education with an emphasis on management and policy issues. Before starting her graduate studies, Peng lectured at the Hubei Vocational-Technical College in China for seven years. In addition to lecturing, she managed student activities at the college.

Research Interests & Current Projects

Peng's research focuses on higher education policies in China. She is currently looking at competition in higher education among local governments in China.
