Professional Biography
Le Thi Binh is a Research Associate of the Institute for International Studiesi n Education (IISE) in Vietnam. She was recently the project office administrator for the Secondary Education Sector Development Program (SESDP) directed by IISE and funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Vietnam. Among her responsibilities were office management, financial management, and translation work. Prior to joining IISE, Binh served as an interpreter and a project assistant on the Thanh Hoa Comprehensive Socio-economic Development Project (CSEDP) (2006-2008) and the Lower Secondary Education Development Project which were also funded by ADB. Binh is an active member of humanitarian community and volunteer programs in the Greater Hanoi Region.
