Nominees must be a long-time contributor in one or more areas of comparative, international, and development education (CIDE), with a minimum of ten years in a post-graduate capacity; must show evidence of regular CIDE scholarship and/or practice; and must have a history of outstanding work in CIDE that spans a minimum of 20 years. Work can be at any post-secondary institution, NGO, or other position that supports CIDE research and/or practice.
